本工具是一款基于 HTML 实现的网页状态监测系统，支持同时监控多个网站是否正常访问，适用于站长自用或小型团队部署使用。系统支持对网址列表的添加、筛选与删除操作，用户可在输入框内录入需监控的目标地址，点击“添加网址”按钮后，程序会自动校验格式，验证成功即可加入监测列表，并附带可视化删除按钮。每个网址都可以单独删除，同时对应的筛选项也将同步移除。右侧提供筛选功能，用户可选择特定网址查看其状态日志，也可切换为“全部”模式以查看所有监测历史。程序允许自定义监测频率（默认每 60 秒检测一次），启动监测后将立即检测所有已添加的网址，并按设定间隔循环执行。如检测失败，系统内置自动重试机制，最多尝试 3 次并记录异常信息。监测日志内容包括检测时间、响应时长、返回状态及错误详情（如有），每次检测结果都会存储在日志队列中，系统最多保留1000条记录，超出部分自动清除最早记录。日志信息将在页面右侧实时输出，状态正常以黑色字体显示，异常状态以红色高亮，且页面将自动滚动以便查看最新检测结果。整体界面简洁、逻辑清晰，是一套实用性强的网页可用性监控工具源码。
