系统构成：系统包括前台网页系统、后台数据库系统、后台软交换系统和呼叫机器人，所有组件可部署在同一台服务器上。
前台网页系统：
实现话术管理、任务管理、线路管理和客户管理等功能，采用 PHP 7 开发，并通过 Apache 部署。
后台数据库系统：
使用 MySQL 5.7 提供高并发的数据处理能力。
后台软交换系统：
基于 FreeSWITCH，一个跨平台的开源电话交换平台，支持多种媒体形式的路由和互连通信协议，具备高度扩展性。
呼叫机器人：
可使用 C++ 或 Python 开发，连接 FreeSWITCH 实现呼叫调度、语音识别、静音检测、降噪处理和多路并发等功能。
线路搭建
根据呼叫方式选择合适的网关。可使用自己的电话卡或第三方中继线：
使用 SIM 卡需配置无线中继网关；
使用模拟电话线需配置有线网关；
需要中继线时可直接进行 SIP 对接。
