Take weight loss for example, if you aspire to lose up to ten kilograms in two months. Distributing this goal evenly on a daily basis would equate to a loss of only about 0.16 kilograms. If you were to calculate your daily calorie requirements so that your intake is lower than your consumption, you would only need to eat three fewer bites at each meal (FYI). Let's say you want to master 5,000 words of English vocabulary. It may seem like a lot, but spread out over the past year, the total number of words to be memorized each day is just over 14. The only way to get rid of the anxiety and procrastination is to define what you want, craft a detailed implementation plan, and then commit to it. Believe me, you'll reap the unexpected benefits.
