Baidu Launches China's First Full-Stack Self-Researched AI Infrastructure Construction Program “AI Big Base”

Recently, Baidu Search announced at a conference the launch of China's first full-stack self-developed AI infrastructure construction - ”AI big base”, which consists of the AI IaaS layer (Baige AI heterogeneous computing services platform) and AI PaaS layer (AI). The base consists of the AI IaaS layer (BAGG AI heterogeneous computing service platform) and the AI PaaS layer (AI cloud management).
In addition, Baidu Search also made public the latest achievements of Shuozhou Intelligent Computing Center in this meeting. According to public information, Shuzhou Smart Computing Center is one of the largest and most technologically advanced big data centers in Asia, with an operational scale of up to 4EFLOPS (40 billion floating-point operations per second) and an average PUE value of only 1.08, which is in the leading position in the industry in terms of file storage scale, computational performance and environmental protection, and has been awarded the state-level certification.
It is worth noting that, as a core component of the Baidu search AI big pedestal, many self-developed AI service platforms and products, including Bage・AI heterogeneous computing service platform 2.0, BML big model, Baidu search did not take off DPU 2.0 and proprietary cloud, will be unveiled one after another in the future conference.
